I’m 55 years old and normally have a slightly achy left ankle, right knee, and right hip. Yesterday to get in shape for my weekly Harney Peak climbs, I decided to do a stair workout. So I climbed the Dinosaur Park staircase nonstop up-and-down for 42 minutes. It’s 113 stairs to reach the top and I did this 12 times for a total of 1356 stairs. Later on, I did yardwork and crawled around on my knees under a crabapple tree and got up all the crabapples and mowed the entire lawn. Took one capsule 1 hour later, and then one capsule again before bed, and the next morning I feel surprisingly good.
